Biography

Hi, I am Vikram Kumar from Muzaffarpur, Bihar.I have completed my secondary and higher secondary schooling from St. Joseph's Sr. Sec. School,Panapur,Muzaffarpur itself. Currently I am pursuing B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering from NIT Rourkela,Odisha.My hobbies include reading books,watching movies and web surfing about cybersecurity. I am interested in doing higher studies in "federated learning".Since it is a new field and there are so many challenges associated with it, so I want to do research in this very field.

    Web App for Obstructuve Sleep Apnea(OSA) Diagnosis based on Deep learning

    Sept 2023 - Present

    NIT- Rourkela

    I have developed a web application for OSA diagnosis.This application will be used by health care professionals who will have ECG signals of patients. Doctors will have to enter the ECG signal and the my model which is based on 1D CNN , onthewebsite will tell the severity of the disease.Now I am optimizing the website.

    Database Infrastructure for ledger

    IIT Bombay

    Developed a database infrastructure for the ledger using Python, based on blockchain technology. Now I am working on implementing Zero Knowledge proof for the verification of transaction in the ledger.

    Mathematical modelling (Indian Academy of Sciences Fellowship)

    IIT Kharagpur

    Myresearch project was to make a mathematical model of microfluidic circular cylinder containing ionic solution used in Lab on a Chip technology and analyze the velocity profile and pathline using Mathematica software and python.

    Statistical Learning and Linear Programming at Tata Institute Of Fundamental Research (TIFR)

    June 2022 - July 2022

    Participated in a rigorous 30 ‐ day summer workshop in mathematics(SWIM), held at TIFR - CAM Banglore. Aquired knowledge in statistics and machine learning, and honed problem solving skills using Python.
